All clients start the same way, with an introductory coaching session. These sessions give you the chance to jump right in and get to know me and how I work as an online life coach.

Yoga therapy teaches you gentle, healing movement that instills a sense of confidence and security in your body and in your emotional life. You will gain impactful and transformative insight through energizing movement opening your heart to give and receive love.

I have been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2011 working with clients 1-on-1 and in a group class.   I will work with you to design yoga routines specifically for you.  We will meet one-on-one as often as you like and get you feeling great!

Energy healing is focused intention, verbal exploration, support, and validation. Prior to your healing session, we will review your presenting complaints. You will remain clothed and lie down on a massage table.

 

I have over 20 years of experience and a vast amount of training in many different energy modalities.  I will integrate them all into what I call Sacred Intuitive Energy Therapy to help you uncover the major themes of your life, reclaim your strengths and weave together an integrated, energetic healing experience that’s geared towards you.

In your work with me I will address what’s getting in the way of your healing and help you move forward and feel amazing.
