The Program
8 WEEKS TO ACCELERATE UNSTOPPABLE SELF-CONFIDENCE
I believe we all perform best when we are confident. Through Confidence Coaching, I help women to manage stress and anxiety to gain confidence, work-life balance and put themselves on a path to become happier healthier.
I focus on the whole person. It all starts with you inside and out - mind, body and spirit.

I integrate a POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY, MINDFULNESS and HOLISTIC HEALTH TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES to:

The coaching relationship moves you forward through weekly phone or video sessions lasting 45 to 60 minutes. We meet once a week and have assignments and tools to help you excel in your confidence success. The session topics are chosen by my clients.

This is an 8-week coaching experience to help you master acceleration of your confidence as an ambitious woman and is delivered on-line with Zoom via video conferencing

FREE DISCOVERY CALL
30 MINUTE SESSION

In this complementary video call, we'll discuss and uncover what you desire out of confidence coaching, and how this program can be tailored to your needs. Get your questions answered and decide (post-call) if I'm the right coach to help you reach your goals.

STEP 4
ELEVATION TO ACTION
90 MINUTE SESSION
In our final session, we'll reflect upon your progress over the last 7 weeks. You'll get crystal clear on your best strengths and resources to draw upon and areas for continued growth. An action plan will continue to move you closer to the goals of your next chapter.
STEP 2
KICK-OFF: DEEP DIVE

In our first foundational session, you'll get clear on which skills you want to develop and why. You'll create a vision of what confidence looks and feels like to you. We'll use this as an anchor throughout your coaching journey, while translating it into actionable steps..

60 MINUTE SESSIONS
7 weekly sessions to navigate the challenges and opportunities you're currently facing on your journey to confidence. This is a mixture of self-exploration, intention setting and skills building. You'll be guided to reflect, learn and integrate as you create external change.
